A statewide Raptor Transport Network of trained volunteers intervenes in emergency situations such as restoring young raptors to their nests, rescuing birds trapped in large buildings, and rescuing and transporting injured raptors to AWC for treatment.
A training is held once or twice a year to become a Raptor Transport volunteer. None are scheduled at this time--we're working on our 2012 training calendar. Please check back by mid-December 2012 for a schedule.
