Have a Wild and Wonderful Birthday at The Wildlife Center!
Birthday parties at The Wildlife Center are available seven days a week, and can be booked by calling (205) 663-7930 or email wildlife@awrc.org.
Basic Kid’s Wildlife Birthday Party Package: $150
Includes:
 | admission to the park for up to 12 children and 4 adults, with full access to park activities: swimming, hiking, boating, etc. |
| a self guided tour of The Wildlife Center and Treetop Nature Trail |
| use of either the headquarters auditorium or Wildlife Habitat Garden room for party activities |
| specially designed wildlife invitations and envelopes |
| children’s Wildlife Coloring Book favor for each child |
Additional child or adult: $4.00 each.
Basic kitchen facilities are available for cold storage of party supplies and food.
Super Wildlife Party Package: $200
Includes everything in the basic party package plus:
| Wildlife Theme birthday cake, 12 soft drinks, 12 ice creams, and paper products |
| Guided Tour by a Wildlife Center member |
| Children’s Game: Pin the Red Tail on the Hawk |
Additional child or adult: $7.50 each
Education Bird Add-on: $40

Wildlife Center Parties for Adults
Invite your friends and family for a party at The Wildlife Center, from family picnics to a cozy dinner for two overlooking the Wildlife Habitat Garden. The Wildlife Center is available for a variety of adult parties, and can accommodate from two to approximately 100 people. Basic kitchen facilities are available. Call The Center 663-7930 to discuss your dream of a wildlife party.
Few events can match the thrill of witnessing a wild creature as it is returned to the wild. For a donation of $35 or more per person, you, your friends, neighbors, and/or coworkers can join Wildlife Center staff on an expedition to release one of our rehabilitated wild creatures. Most releases take place in the metropolitan Birmingham area, and are subject to the availability of a bird or mammal that is ready for release. Watch our website for a list of upcoming releases. Exclusive packages are available for a minimum of 15 people.
The Wildlife Center can furnish host invitations or flyers to post for group-sponsored release parties. To arrange your Release Party, contact the development office at wildlife@awrc.org.
Wildlife Center New Member Recruitment Tours
Invite your friends, family, and co-workers to join you for a Special Membership Tour of The Wildlife Center. Groups of 3 or more who become Wildlife Center supporting members can schedule a special guided tour of The Wildlife Center and Treetop Nature Trail and meet one of our Education Birds of Prey. New individual member of $100+ level may have their photo made with one of our education birds of prey. Groups are welcome to bring a picnic and eat lunch at The Wildlife Center headquarters or Treetop Nature Trail Gazebo.

Wildlife Center Donation Tours
Invite your friends, family, and co-workers to join you for a Special Fundraising Tour of The Wildlife Center. Groups of up to 10 who collectively raise $100 or more can schedule a special guided tour of The Wildlife Center and Treetop Nature Trail. Groups are welcome to bring a picnic and eat lunch at The Wildlife Center headquarters or Treetop Nature Trail Gazebo.
